We hope you’re happy with your Locomocean purchase. If you decide its not quite right for you, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
When making a return please be aware that all items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resalable. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Only once we have received your returned item back to us safely can we then issue your refund (processing time 3- 5 days).

Looks really cool and is a real gem for my HiFi system!
It is a well crafted gem. The parcel was very well packed. There was no chance to crack the device during the transport.
A small suggestion for improvement: The neon pipes are not fully enclosed in the plastic box. The box is open to the front. Therefore dust can be attracted by the electrostatic charged neon pipes and settle in the box. I will see if this is an issue, but nevertheless I'm happy, that I've bought this device.
